Return policy:
We will gladly give you a full store credit for items returned within the time period below, from the date of delivery, provided the item(s) are in the same condition as when purchased.
- Band & Orchestra instruments: 5 business days.
- All other items: 3 business days.
Returns beyond these times are subject to approval and may incur a minimum restocking fee of 15%.
Special orders, Ebay auctions and clearance items are not returnable. Please see store for detailed policies.
PLEASE NOTE:
Some items are NOT RETURNABLE, such as opened reeds, harmonicas, and copyrighted material (sheet music, music books, opened media & software, etc.) - please see store for a complete list.
