Does any of the rent I pay go towards purchasing my instrument?
No - Our rental program is strictly a rent-to-rent program. The instrument you are renting from us is not for sale. However, the 2 month down payment you make at the start of your rental can be applied towards the purchase of a new band or orchestra instrument. The 2 month rental credit is valid up to 5 days after you return your rental.
How do I return my rental instrument?
When you are finished renting an instrument from us, you can bring it into either our Beloit or Janesville location. If you live too far from our stores, just give us a call at 800-258-4904 or email us at rentals@voigtmusic.com and we will arrange to pick up your instrument at your school.

My instrument needs repair. What do I need to do?
I'm looking for a specific item, but I don't see it on your website. How can I order it from you?Don't try to fix it yourself! Musical instruments are delicate, and if someone other than a skilled technician tries to repair it more damage can be done. If you are in the Beloit or Janesville area, you can bring it to one of our stores. Outlying customers can call us at 800-258-4904 or email us to have the instrument picked up at your school. Repairs are covered for rental customers.
Repair Loaners
- Rentals / Instruments purchased from us: Free loaners are available upon request.
- Instruments not purchased from us: Loaner instruments are available for a fee. Fees vary from instrument to instrument.
